The Winery

Since 1451, the Dance family has been working the family vineyards situated in the heart of the Lavaux wine growing region.

Today we cultivate 4 hectares of vines, divided between 21 small vineyards, under the controlled origin (AOC) “Lavaux”, using sustainable production methods respecting the environment.

The wines, from different types of vines, offer a series of flattering flavours.

The masterpiece of the range, the Chasselas “Les Echelettes”, from hillside terraces above the village of Villette, enjoys three different forms of sunlight: direct, a reflection from the stony hillside, and a reflection from the waters of the lake.

All the production is vinified by us and bottled in our cellars.

These wines of quality may best be appreciated from the terrace of the winery which offers an exceptional panorama of the Alps and the Lake Léman.

When the sun leaves the hillsides of the Lavaux, a cosy pavilion allows you to continue into the evening.
